I was a closing manger at an owner operator mcdonalds. I got really sick and was passing out and bleeding uncontrollable. My boss told me that somebody would come to relieve me. But nobody ever came. When I called again I was told if I left I would get fired. I had too be rushed too the hospital right after work. This happened twice. So I quit now they are giving me a bad reference. What can I do?

Their actions are out of line. I am assuming you just want to move on with life and get them to allow you to do so. If you want an Attorney to send them a letter, please email me.
