I have a DUI with 3 years of a IID 25 days of pwps 5 years probation and a 3 month first offender program, I am in financial trouble car getting repoed no place to live at the end of this month and no job and need to move out of state to live with my mom, is there a way to get this transferred out of state? What are my options?

You'd better go back to court before missing or failing any required programs or payments. Have the court clerk put your case on calendar and explain your situation to the judge and ask for what you need, but don't expect permission to take DUI class/course/program out of state. Seek a delay or other option.
