My spouse and I separated in 1990 and divorced in 2010. I purchased property in 2010(gift from my mother). I did not list this item because it was a gift. Now that i am going to build a home would there be any issues about me using this property to build a new home? My spouse did know I had the property and he knew it was a gift.He signed (waiver of service)an uncontested divorce that we had no community property during our marriage. A default judgment was rendered.
