My ex-spouse and I got a divorce, since I had my son for 6mos I allowed him to see his dad and spend some time with him before we got a custody order, now he won't let me see him or speak to my son, he changed his phone number and I don't know where he lives. I filed a SAP suit but is there anything I can do in the mean time to speak with my son. Is it legal to cut off communication. No custody in the divorce because of jurisdiction over child.
