My 15 yr old daughter had people over and someone brought beer. The cops stopped at the house when they saw a group of kids on the lawn and they all ran. The ones that stayed back had no alcohol and were sent home. One car on our driveway had marijuana and a bong in it, as well as a baggie of pills under the tire. We did not know whos car it was. The 17 yr old owner eventually came back to our house and was arrested after the cops searched his car. They then said that my husband and my name would be sent to the states attorney and we could be arrested. Is this true?

It's possible but not likely. That said, both of you need legal counsel before you do anything else.
