He is an American citizen and he has an Arab passeport as well. He is married a civil marriage and registered in the USA, he is divorcing her . Can he marry before finishing his divorce a religious marriage in another country ( Arabic country ) , muslim marriage . Noting that there is nikah marriage in the states
