Apparently, my tenants 15 year old son has been breaking into cars/homes in the neighborhood. His mother's background was clean. Police have asked me to consider evicting. She always pays on time. Can I be forced to evict my tenants? Could I be held responsible for future break-in's if I do not evict? House is in Charlotte, NC.

You cannot be forced to evict in this situation. But you could be liable if you knew there was a danger to other tenants and then they are harmed.
