There are a few main steps into changing the vehicles engine oil inthis application. The first is safely lifting the vehicle in a shopor on rated jack stands. The next is using a wrench to open andremove the drain plug (located on the oil pan). Once drained thebolt and gasket should be wiped clean, lubricated, and reinstalled.The next step is wrench or hand screwing of the oil filter andrepeating the lubrication and cleaning steps on the mount, gasketand threads. Lastly the vehicle can be refilled through the oilfill stick and rechecked for level after restarting the engine.
