I was drunk at a bar and told co workers I wanted to have my boss killed. I don't want to . That was a week ago Friday and have heard nothing about it. Can I be arrested or have my home searched?

So long as you weren't serious, and you took no steps towards that end, and nobody else would take it seriously, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Also, do not let your house or your self be searched without a warrant, despite you being innocent of anything. Remember it is your constitutional right not to be searched without a warrant.
