Me and my sons father broke up months ago. I've asked him to leave the apartment - no lease but it was rented out to me and receipts are in my name - and he says no. Finally I got him to agree to leave on the 15th of February. Meanwhile, he's giving me no monies to pay for ANYTHING. He's eating anything he can find and stealing my car key while I sleep to take off without me noticing. I can't take this situation. Definitely not until the 15th of next month. What can I do?!
