My condo is South Florida was rented on a 12 month contract. Realtor colelcted 10% during the first two months. After the 5th month the tenant has medical reasons and wants to move out as they cannot pay the rent ny more. Legally am I entitled for pro-rated portion of the 10% commission realtor cllected up front?
