My fiancee is a US green card holder and a Turkish citizen. She was granted a divorce in US but has not been granted in Turkey due to the fact they can't contact "husband". This has been going on for aprox 3 years. We want to marry in US. PS "husband" is American citizen.

Assuming she has a valid US divorce, what Turkey thinks is completely irrelevant if the two of you plan to live in the U.S. If that's the case, Turkey doesn't ever matter.

If that's not the case, she needs a lawyer in Turkey and no one on a U.S. legal forum will have an answer for you.
