Been married 16 years. We have a mortgage and 2 kids 9 and 14. I net 1600 a month. She will not get a job to help with bills now that our kids are getting older. I have had it. What can I do.

File for divorce. you probably dont make enough for her to get alimony. Go for 50/50/custody.
