How do arrest the bad guys with the handcuffs on poptropa?
Please note:

2. If you are talking about Super Power Island, you have to go to the Country Prison ( on the left side where there is a place you can swim) and find the female professor / male professor. But to pass through make sure owner of 'Masks and Capes' give you the Superhero Identity card. Either (male or female prof.) will give you an anti- power hand cuff for the criminals and their profiles.
3. How?
Just click on the criminals but they must be defeated first fr example Speedy Spike must run on the water and fall if you see stars on his head just click on him and he's under arrest.
