i was recently arrested for a dwi, i got arrested for a dwai about 6 years ago but the charges were plead down to two disorderly conducts, will that dwai arrest still show up on my record?
Answer
The arrest will appear but so will the final result. It will be more difficult to receive a plea bargain this time.
