i am currently trying to move out of my apartment building. i did not know there was a sixty day notice needed. know they are telling me even though my lease ends june 30th that i have to pay for july's rent because after june 30th i am automatically put on a month to month lease. is there anything to get around paying july's rent?

Hard to say for certain without actually reviewing the lease itself, but if it fails to clearly reference such a 60 day notice requirement, it may
be subject to challenge.
