Are the other childs parents responible to pay for my childs glasses? My daughter was playing tag at school during recess. When the other child tagged her, she fell. My daughters glasses broke and she has a large wound on her cheek which required a trip to the doctor. I understand accidents happen when children play. Due to the severity of my daughters injuries and the damage to her glasses, I believe the other child pushed her rather than just tagging her.

If you have evidence that the other child intentionally or negligently pushed, rather than tagged, your daughter, then the other child's parents would be responsible.
