Question

I am currently in the midst of a bitter divorce. My spouse forged my name on three quit claim deeds in 2004 , his mother notarized the deeds which resulted in the sale of one property and the refinancing of two other properties. He kept all profits, I made the discovery in 2007. He took my separate inheritance monies totaling 58,000.00 and refuses to return the funds to me. I have exhausted all of my resources. Please help !

Answer

You have a potential case, and can possibly sue the mother/notary. A big issue in the case, sincce you discovery it in 2007, is the time limitation to file a lawsuit may have already past.

Answer

You need to talk to a local attorney in person immediately. There is nothing the internet can do to help you.
