Question

My son got a MIP. In a car he was riding in. All three got same ticket. He plead not guilty and now has to defend himself. He has to file a motion in a couple of weeks. Any advice in filing the motion? Any precedent in getting this kind of charge thrown out?

Answer

Hire a local lawyer. If he's convicted, get him to hire a lawyer when he's 21 to have the records sealed.
