somebody from Coldwall Banker called me to sell my timeshare for certain amount of money and wants the closing fees I dont pay them right I mean up front??

claim, and wants you to now send what are suppose to be
"closing fees" before you obtain any verifiable information
regarding this proposed transaction?.
An absolutely TERRIBLE idea.(in my opinion).
