I had my child taken away for a reason I dont believe judge knows about,ussually my attorney will speak for me but doesnt say things the way I desire, should I speak to the judge directly to make my point, or just watch as they take my parenting rights away?

It sounds like you and your attorney should be going over your expectations and the realities of where you are heading in this custody case. You always have a right to a full hearing and trial. Please talk to your current attorney about your concerns.
