If my sons father doesn't have a car seat can I refuse to give him to him?
We have court documents stating this is his weekend, but he doesn't have a car seat or a bed for my son to sleep in. My son is 18 months.

If your current court order does not clearly state that visitation is based upon your exes possession of a child seat and proper sleeping arrangements, you should return to court and request those terms as part of your parenting order.
