In Florida can a teen with a permit drive with ANYBODY over the age of 20?

In Florida can a teen with a permit drive with ANYBODY over the age of 20?
im not too shure about the rules in florida, but in most states, you must be with a legal adult that has a drivers license AND insurance to be able to drive with them, but i have found in many states also it must be a relative.
