my ex husband has residental custody in michigan and we share joint custody. we agreed i pay tickets down to florida he pay return. he id buy tickets at the airport 3 and half hours away on a tuesday when i cant take off work i told him i wasnt returning them until he booked it closer to home.can i be held in contemp for not returning them

It will depend on your custody agreement. Since this an agreement drawn up in Michigan, and I doubt that you had it domesticated for Florida, I suggest you contact a Michigan attorney.
