My uncle is the beneficiary to my grandpas life insurance. Can it be added into my grandpas will that my grandpas funeral must be paid for from the life insurance

Answer

The will can say that, however, it may not be enforceable if the Uncle does not want to pay it. It would be better to name the estate as the beneficiary with the Uncle to receive the proceeds in the will AFTER payment of the funeral expenses.
