About a month ago I left truck with my parents to ride the bike to work I asked my brother to please drop it off at home on the morning before leaving to work it turns out he hit the back of my trunk of my pickup he offered to fix it but now that he sees that the damage is over $1500 he refuses to take charge I need to know if I can sue him my trunk does not open due to te damage please advice

This sounds like a typical small-claims court case, but too bad you and your brother can't work it out without going to court! Also, have you looked into whether insurance would cover all or some of the repair cost?
