I live in a conventional housing program run by the Housing Authority of Los Angeles County. Is it legal for my landlord to photograph me and or underage members of my household with her cell phone while we are in our driveway, carport, backyard, etc. with out my permission?
Answer
No. Depending on what use the pictures are put to, there might be a legal issue, but taking them in areas that anyone in the public can see is not illegal.
