I lost my home in California (foreclosure), I have a home paid cash in Arizona (where i reside). I make under 15,000 a year and barely get by. i am having difficulty paying my credit cards and want to know if they can garnish wages or put a lien on my home?

They can if they sue you and get a judgment for the debt. You have to have a judgment before you can garnish or lien.
