I recently had a sheriff officer stop me in my vechicle then with out telling me he had probable cause tried to search. I told him he didn't have consent to search. Then he came up with probable cause. I still insisted against the search and i wasnt anwsering any questions without a lawer. He then told me he should beat the shit out of me for saying that. then arrested me for loitering. what should I do?
