is posting pictures on the net without permission illegal?
my exboyfriend's brother has my daughter's pictures on his myspace profile. i asked him to remove them and he refuses to. is it illegal since i didnt give him permission and is there any legal action i can take against him?

Yes. First have an attorney send a Cease + Desist letter, then get an Injunction.
