A man that is married will not leave my wife alone can on serve him with an order to stop him. Or what can I do??

It is unclear what you mean by he won't leave your wife alone. She is certainly empowered to avoid harrassment

If this persistent suitor of your wife has crossed the threshold into criminal stalking, he should be reported to local law enforcement authorities. (Your wife, hopefully, is doing nothing to encourage his blandishments.)
