My father was found in contemp of court for failure to pay child support. He is an illegal alien at this time and did not have any income to pay the court order. He is put on purge of $1000 and incarcerated. He received a NTA from immgrations stating he will see a judge regarding his deportation. But will not see the judge for immigration before he is release for the criminal charge. Should i pay the bail? I really cant afford it...I also need to know how long before it will be considered time served?
