Our tenant did not pay rent for this month and has moved out of property

With 9months still left on lease.there is damage to home

What do I do? I have no forwarding address and my property manager has emailed and text with no response.I'm in California due to military orders but property is located in Granger,Indiana

If the person left without paying, they probably are most likely uncollectible. Be thankful that more wasn't owed. Screen your tenants a little better next time and get a decent deposit. Learn from your mistake and move on with life.
