What is there to do in cocoa beach for young adults?
Nothing!
Cocoa Beach is a retirement community. Nice, but not where you want to settle with young adults. I would look at Stuart area south of Port St. Lucie. Property is reasonable, many cultural things to do, weather is a lot nicer further south than Cocoa Beach and there is great shopping malls close by. 30 Miles from West Palm.
