Forced sale of one condo unit if others want to sell?
Is there a condo law that can force one of 48 owners sell if the other 47 owners want to sell? Is there a law that protects one owner in such a ''sell out'' case? Thank you.

The only way you could be forced to sell would be if your condo documents have such a provision. You should consult with a local attorney to carefully review those documents.
