I signed up for a Gym Membership last night. It was a 3 year prepaid contract. When I went in they told me I had to sign up today or the offer was void. Today I found a much better deal at a closer gym with no contract. Do I have the ability to use the 3 days right to rescission? Please advise as this is a time sensitive matter! Thanks you!!!!
