What are car wheel made of?
A wheel is the tire and rim, if that is what you mean...
tires are made of rubber, silicon, other petroleum based chemicals and steel/kevlar/fiberglass for the belts/cords
Rims can be made of steel, aluminum, titanium(bolts) or every carbon fiber
