can a custodial parent kick an 18 yo son out of the home before he graduates from high school, i am paying child support until he graduates even though he is 18 and i feel the mother should not be allowed to kick the 18 yo out until he graduates, is this correct?

You need to talk to a lawyer immediately. You need to go back to court. There is no reason for you to be paying child support if she is not supporting the child. Furthermore, if you want, you may be able to get custody.
