My boyfriend was stopped by cops and his license was suspended. There was alot of stuff in the car because he just lost his house. They thought stuff might be stolen so they pulled it all out and ran serial numbers. Supposedly they came up as stolen items. They arrested him. I look him up on jail website and his only charge is driving on suspended. If he had stolen property why didnt they charge him with it? He has a bond and no holds. Can they add charges later?
