Can someone get a license who is not old enough to get one yet to drive just to school and work because his parents work full time?
The answer is no. They set an age limit for a reason which varies depending on which state you live in. They do NOT make exceptions no matter how urgent, important, or extreme the situation is.You still have to go through the same proceedures as everyone else. Consider using public transportation. It may not be as convenient as a car, but it helps out the environment and most cities are trying to make it more convenient. :)
