Do I have a cause of action against a man romancing my wife online, while knowing she is married to me? Actions include sending her flowers on Valentines Day. He is in Alabama and she in California.

Nope. There is no law against it.

There used to be a law against it. It was called "alienation of affection." Legislature eliminated it in the late 1950's or early 60's. Now we just have no fault divorce laws for situations like this.
