my sister age 57 got arrested on march 26 2013 for marijuana producing .DEA saw 5 plants, NOW they were NOT hers BUT she took the charge for her son and daughter ,it is a level F degree T her bond was $1504.00..Since she took the charge and has never been arrested for drugs before how much trouble and or time do you think shes looking at? she has no money for a lawyer

Don't know what a "level F degree T" is, since that is not something that exists in Florida. Since she can't afford a lawyer, you need to ask her public defender.
