they want to give me 10 days in jail for running a stop sign and calling it reckless driving whats should i do?

If your income isl ow enough, talk to the Public Ddefender's Office. Otherwise you need an attorney; you must have done something much worse than just running a stop sign to merit that harsh of a sentence.
