How do I get a judge off a case,during the court proceedures she showed preduce and was not fair in her sentencing, my 17 yr old got 40 yrs in prison, for a non violent case.. how can I save my son

You can hire an attorney to do an appeal or possibly a motion for reconsideration.

You would need to file post trial motions including a motion for reconsideration. It does matter if your son's attorney raised these issues at the time of trial and sentencing. The transcripts of the trial and sentencing must be reviewed immediately because he would only have a short time to raise these issues.
