if cremated remains are taken from a household without permission is it a felony.. if not what it is considered? just theft?

I must admit I'm not sure, but I believe it is a second degree misdemeanor pursuant to Fla. Stat. 812.014(3)(a), punishable by up to 60 days jail. It may be a felony but I can't find that statute that would make it a felony so the statute I cited is a sort of catch all theft statute.
