I'd rather lose an arm because then I could still run without trouble and I could still wright with a prosthetic arm especially if I only lost my left arm cause I'm right handed.Answer
I would probably rather lose an arm because although it will stop me from being able to hold things and do things better, without a leg I won't be able to walk properly and run and that would be bad seeing as you have to walk an awful lot in life. I'd probably have to stay in a wheel chair for the rest of my life.Answer

I concur with the above, but if I had to, I'd lose a leg, because that'd mean I wouldn't have to do P.E., and yet still be able to do art and photography. Also, I might be able to get one of those awesome motorised chairs usually reserved for the elderly and/or morbidly obese. I'd like that. Although chances are I'd get some stupid crutches.
