I need to know if what my place of employment did was wrong. A little over two weeks ago I attempted suicide with a massive OD of pills, while I was in ICU my boss called an unofficial meeting to tell all my coworkers what I did. Do I just feel like that is wrong or is it wrong?

Were you at work? Were their rumors going around? Was your boss making a perhaps ill advised effort to reassure people of your health or better yet, to get support on your side?
Depending on the circumstances, it may not be the "right" thing to do but it does not sound illegal.
