Usual cause is spark or fuel missing when it missfires. Which one is it? You can use a inline spark checker to tell. Have you checked the valves to see if they're o/k? I've got a Chev Corsica in the shop right now with a valve/camshaft issue and it has the same misfire issue when warm/hot.
