I have failed to complete my probation and community service which resulted in my warrant, I was unable to complete this due to a series of unfortunate events where I was without transportation, a job, & child care. I also have another warrant for not being able to serve a weekend in jail. Could you please give me some advice on what my best option is, & approximately how much time do you think I'll serve? The first case was underage possession (I wasn't even drinking, a friend of mine had a "4 loko" & handed it to me while he was parking his car) the second is for driving on a suspended license 2nd offense. You need an experienced criminal defense attorney to represent
you in these various matters ASAP. (And, if you cannot afford
to hire such, then ask the court involved to appoint one for you.)
