september 09 i had a texas DL and got a Dui in oklahoma.... the case was dropped in court and the oklahoma DPS still suspended my DL, i have since moved to oklahoma and have gotten a class D and am getting my Class A CDL... will prospective employers see the dui since it happened on the old DL from a different state....?
